CHRISTMAS COOKIE WALK -- SATURDAY,
DECEMBER 8
For 17 years, the Edwards Memorial United Methodist Women of Liberty, Indiana,
have celebrated the holiday season by baking lots and lots of cookies and
candies for their annual Christmas Cookie Walk. On Saturday, December 8, from
9:00 a.m. til noon, the Rogers Fellowship Center in the Church located at 4
West Seminary Street across from the Union County Court House will be
transformed into a colossal, enormous Cookie Bakery.
Attendees purchase regular size boxes for $6.00 or double size for $12.00 and
then fill them with cookies and candies of their choosing from a large
assortment. Cookies made with Splenda are also available. A box of assorted
cookies would be a delightful tasty gift for people on your Christmas list.
Delivery is available in the town of Liberty.
All proceeds from the Cookie Walk are used to support local mission projects
and needs. For further information, contact Sally Redinger at 765-458-5294.
