Super 2nd Saturdays!
If your child experienced Fabulous Fun Fridays, or even if they didn't,
sign them up for Super 2nd Saturdays. Beginning in September, the second
Saturday of each month will be packed full of excitement for children grades
1 through 8. Each Saturday will be different, so sign up for them all!
Parents are welcome to stay with children.

Color Your World with Acrylics
Participants will learn how to make acrylics work for them in creating works
of art. Your eyes will see colors around you that you never noticed before!
Terry can show you the tricks of how color works. Must be 16 or over to
enroll.

Building Buddies
Tomorrow's engineers might have their roots in this class as we encourage
young children to explore with DUPLOC building blocks. Instructor Jeff
Coleman teaches children how to create a different project each week, using
patterns, colors and shapes in the lesson. Then the children are allowed
free time to let their imaginations and creativity take shape in the
structures they build. This class is for children ages 3, 4, and 5. Parents
are invited to stay and play with their children.

Building Pals
This class takes up where Building Buddies left off. Children ages 6, 7, and
8 will use LEGOC building blocks in an after-school program that will
feature both structured activities and free time for creative building. In
three month's time, there's no telling what these young builders can
accomplish!

Mosaic Art with Lawrie
Learn stained glass techniques of placing many small pieces in a form to
create mosaic art. Participants will learn how to design a piece of mosaic
as well as work with grout to finish their art work. A form to use for the
mosaic will be furnished. Participants must know how to cut glass or have
taken stained glass class in the past. Participants need to bring an old
towel to class. Must be 18 to enroll.

Beginner Refresher Computer Class
You know how to work a computer and it doesn't scare you but now you just
need to brush up on your computer skills before you learn more about the
computer. For adults 18 and older.

What's the Word on Word!
This word processing program can be an invaluable tool, but how many of us
just taught ourselves? This class teaches the basics of Microsoft Word in a
logical, easy way. You'll learn how to use spell and grammar checks, how to
set tabs, margins, headers, and footers, how to use clipart, how to open and
save documents, and how to print. Then you'll learn how to make
announcements, letters, envelopes, newsletters, and much more! This class is
for teens and adults.
